Rental Agreement

1) A security deposit must be paid to the authorized representative or the property owner upon check-in. During the check-out inspection, if any damage is identified, Palmiye Rentals reserves the right to charge the guest for the cost of the damage.

2) The remaining balance must be paid in full before check-in. Guests will not be allowed to access the apartment until the payment has been received by the authorized representative.

3) Standard check-in time is between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM to allow sufficient time for cleaning. Check-out time is strictly no later than 10:00 AM. These times may be adjusted, subject to the owner's approval and apartment availability.

4) While all of our properties are insured by their owners against events such as earthquakes, fire, flooding, and other natural disasters, these insurance policies do not cover guests staying in the property. Guests are strongly advised to obtain their own travel, health, personal accident, and theft insurance.

5) Only the guests listed in the reservation are permitted to stay in the apartment. If the number of occupants exceeds the maximum capacity specified for the property, Palmiye Rentals reserves the right to request additional payment or require the unauthorized guests to leave the property.

6) Reservation cancellations must be submitted to Palmiye Rentals at least 30 days before the scheduled check-in date. Otherwise, the following cancellation policy applies:

• Cancellations made 30–15 days before arrival: 50% of the remaining balance will be charged, and the deposit is non-refundable.

• Cancellations made 14–0 days before arrival: 100% of the remaining balance will be charged.

• No refunds will be issued if the guest leaves the property after check-in for any reason.

7) Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Fethiye, Türkiye.

8) This agreement consists of 9 (nine) articles and has been prepared and signed in 2 (two) original copies on 08/10/2016. One copy shall be retained by the guest, one by [musteri_adi_soyad_gelecek], and the remaining copy shall be kept by the property owner.

Please Read Before You Travel

• Please check the directions to the property using a map or online navigation service before your journey. Palmiye Rentals cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience, delay, or damage arising from travel directions.
• Please notify us at least 1 day before your arrival to confirm your travel plans.
• Please bring printed copies of your Rental Agreement, Travel Voucher, and Location Map before departure.
• You will not be charged separately for utilities such as electricity or water, as these are included in the rental price. However, if our inspection at check-out identifies any damaged furniture, equipment, or property, Palmiye Rentals reserves the right to request compensation. We recommend inspecting the apartment upon arrival and reporting any existing damage immediately.
• During your holiday, you are welcome to contact us for recommendations and assistance regarding activities, tours, local attractions, or car rental services. We will be happy to help you plan your vacation and arrange reservations if needed.
• Under normal circumstances, check-in begins at 3:00 PM. Since the apartment must be professionally cleaned after the previous guests have departed, adequate preparation time is required. Check-out is strictly before 10:00 AM. These times may vary depending on availability and the owner's approval.

Rental Information

Important Notice: Guests are required to contact Palmiye Rentals at least one day before arrival to confirm their expected arrival time. Palmiye Rentals cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience resulting from failure to provide prior notice.

Environmental Reminder:

Please use electricity responsibly during your stay. In particular, do not leave air conditioning units running while you are away from the apartment. This not only increases the risk of fire but also has a negative impact on the environment.
